CATRINA LAKIN
Musical Director
Catrina has a degree in music and and many years of barbershop experience, including three years as Assistant Musical Director of the chorus. She more or less grew up as an Abbey Belle as her mum, Carol, is a long standing member and was Musical Director herself for several years. Catrina sings lead in the quartet 'Jabberwocky'.
HELEN RAINFORD
Assistant Musical Director
Helen has been our Assistant Musical Director since 2015 and a member of the chorus since 2013. She has an amazing commitment to the chorus and drives us to ever better ourselves!

Lead
I joined the bells in 2014 I just went along with a friend who had lost her husband and I said that I would go along with her until she got to know a few people, well the bells were rehearsing for the LABS convention 2014 when they started to sing they sounded so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes.
I had been with chorus previous to this and decided that they wasn't for me but from the first time I heard the bells sing I knew I had be part of these lovely ladies and I must say they are wonderful, great fun and always there for whenever anyone is in need of a friend and a shoulder to cry on and at this moment in time they have supported each other.
And that's why I love being a Belle😁
