Abbey Belles is a vibrant, friendly a cappella choir based in Selby. We sing in close harmony, performing everything from upbeat barbershop to contemporary arrangements — all completely unaccompanied.
We also take part in regional and national competitions, bringing our best sound to the stage and celebrating musical excellence together.

Abbey Belles is an a cappella choir based in Selby, performing close‑harmony music in styles including barbershop, contemporary and traditional arrangements. We sing unaccompanied, blending voices to create a rich, vibrant sound.
We also compete in regional and national barbershop and a cappella competitions, celebrating musical excellence and continually developing our performance skills.
Our choir is built on friendship, encouragement and the joy of singing together. Whether we’re rehearsing, performing or welcoming new members, we aim to create harmony — musically and socially.
